GRI (2-2) In this digital report, you will find all the relevant information about our Celsia S.A. ESP operations in Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and Honduras, from January 1 to December 31, 2022. The report will allow you to know the main achievements and results of the year and the future objectives, always with the conviction of being agile and reliable to provide you with the best solutions.
In order to be transparent and responsible with our impacts, this report was prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative GRI(Global Reporting Initiative) Standards, the guidelines of the International Integrated Reporting Framework (IIRC), the indicators of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), and the Dow Jones Sustainability Dow Jones. GRI (2-2) The report also includes the management and performance indicators of the businesses in which we participate (transmission and distribution), which are executed by Celsia Colombia (formerly ESPA), CETSA, Tesorito and Enerbit, companies in which Celsia has – directly or indirectly – a stake greater than 50% of the Subscribed or Paid Capital.
